Add-on pulp web former

To support their customers to change to natural degradable webs HERGETH has developed a compact web former that can handle pulp and fibres up to 60 mm length pure or in any blend ratio.  In order to ensure uniform gsm also across large widths the former works without distributing sieves.  The unit can be fed by loose pulp in bales form or by hammermills, both can be located separately for noise reduction and ease of supply handling.  This design can be incorporated into existing lines.
